Your privacy is important to us. Pacrom and its group companies hereinafter referred as ‘Pacrom,’ is committed to respect your privacy while using our website. This Policy defines the requirements to ensure compliance with the applicable data privacy laws and regulations applicable to Pacrom’s collection, use, and transmission of Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data for information collected by us on our website. Sensitive Personal Data Sensitive Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Identifying Information (SPII) or Special Categories of Personal Data is defined as information that if lost, compromised, or disclosed could potentially harm, cause inconvenience, embarrassment, or unfairness to an individual. e.g., Racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, data concerning health or sex life, and data relating to offenses, or criminal convictions etc.,
Processing Processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Consent Any freely given specific and informed indication of his/her wishes by which the Data Subject signifies agreement to Personal Data or Sensitive Personal Data relating to him being processed
Data Subject Data Subject is an individual to whom the data belongs. In case of a Minor/ individual with mental disabilities, the data subject would be the legal representative (parent/ guardian). For the purpose of clarity, “Data Subject” means Pacrom’s employees, vendor personnel, prospective candidates, customer personnel and visitors.

Data Processor Data Processor is a person or organization (other than an employee of the data controller) who processes the data on behalf of the data controller.

The information we collect:

We do not collect Personal Data about you, unless you voluntarily fill out your information on this website through specific provided forms to receive information from us or contact you. The information that you are required to fill in the website are your identity information and contact details (e.g. First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Company Name).

In general, you may browse our website without providing any Personal Data about yourself. In the website, we do not collect any of your Sensitive Personal Information.

How we normally use information about you

We use certain information to analyze site usage for us to improve our website.

We use Personal Data you provide solely to respond to your inquiry or to process an application form you have completed on our website or to respond to any legal process or as required by law in response to any court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency or to take action against any illegal activity and to address any potential threat to the physical safety of a person.

How we collect your data

We do not collect Personal Data about you, unless you voluntarily choose to fill out your information on this website through specific provided forms.

We do automatically collect certain information when you visit our website such as the type of operating system, the type of browser you are using, your IP address in order to provide better usability and personalized experience.

Information sharing

Pacrom may transfer personal data between its group companies and data centers for the purposes described above. Pacrom may also transfer personal data to its third party suppliers in different geographies, or Pacrom customers and business partners.

Pacrom ensures the adequate level of data protection and safeguards as recommended by data protection laws and regulations when it transfers Personal Data to any other organisation or a person in any country.

For Europe Data: Appropriate safeguards to cover these transfers are in the form of standard contractual/data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission which have been put in place.

Pacrom does not sell any personal data under any circumstances.

Your rights

You may have certain rights relating to your Personal Data provided for under applicable law. These are the right to:

  • Request that your Personal Data is rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Request erasure of your Personal Data in certain circumstances.

Further we will not discriminate against you in any way or under any circumstance for exercising your above rights to your data. Since we do not sell your Personal Data, hence your right to opt out from selling of personal data is not applicable.
